TOWN OF LYNNFIELD
ACCOUNTANT'S CERTIFICATE
I have examined the cash receipts and securities in the various Trust Funds in the hands of the Town Treasurer and find them to be as stated in the Treasurer's Report.
The income from Trust Funds in the hands of others has been received for the year 1945 and credited to the proper accounts.
The receipts as reported by the Treasurer agree with the books and that payments by the various departments were as stated in the fore- going report.
The Balance Sheet of the town as of Dec. 31, 1945 is in agreement with the books of the town and correctly presents the financial po- sition of the town as of Dec. 31, 1945.
At this time I want to express my sincere appreciation for the spirit of cooperation that the various departments showed, and it has been a pleasure working with them. Their generous efforts went a long way toward making my first year as Town Accountant successful and the task a pleasant one.
