Voted that one half of the Common Land adjoining to the home lotts on the Letters F & G viz, the Easterly half of said Land (more or Less ) shall be Laid out to m' Paul Coffin for the Second Division of the ministerial Right he being the first Settled minister, & if one half of the Common do not hold out Sixty acres, it shall be made up to Said Coffin in Some other Common Land - -

In the House of Representatives Febr y 16. 1762 Ordered that John Bradbury & James Gowen Esq's with Such as the Honble Board shall Join to be a Committee to run out the lines of the towns of Biddeford Scarborough & Falmouth & fix the bounds of the townships of Narragansett No. 7-Narragan- sett No : 1-& Pearson Town, & that the Said Comtee do give forty days Notice at least to ye Several Towns above mentioned before they Enter upon that Service by Sending a Coppy of the order of this Court to ye Respective Clerks of Said Towns & propps of the time & place of their meeting & the Surveyor & Chairmen who are Employed in that Service to be under oath to the Faithfull Discharge of their Trust & the Charges to be paid by the Several towns & proprs as above mentioned in Equal proportions or as this Court shall hereafter order & the Comtee to make Report of their Doing's to this Court as Soon as may be sent up for Concurrence - James Otis Speaker
