RANDALL. A postoffice on the St. P. & D. R. R., in Burnett county, 10 miles southwest of Grantsburgh, the seat of justice. Bank at Rush City, Minn., 7 miles distant. The railroad name for this place is Benson. Population, 13. Exp , Adams. S. J. Bengtson, postmaster and general store.


RANDOLPH. A flourishing village on the boundary line of Dodge and Colum- bia counties, and accorded to the former by the postal authorities, is a station on the N. div. C., M. & St. P. Ry, 75 miles north- west of Milwaukee, and 25 northwest of


Juncan, the county seat of Dodge. It contains Welsh Calvanistic, Congregation- al and German Lutheran churches, a graded school, an opera house and a pub- lic ball. each capable of seating 400, and a roller flouring mill. It is located in a fine farming country, and chips live stock and grain. Stages tri-weekly to Marquette and Kingston. Fox Lake is the location of the nearest bank. Exp., Am. Tel., W. U.
