Article 12. To see if the town will make an appropriation for the decoration of soldiers' graves under the direction of Capt. Horace Niles Post 110, G. A. R.
Voted, that the sum of $150 be raised and appropriated for said purpose.
Article 13. To see what action the town will take in re- lation to the Fire Department, and raise and appropriate money therefor.
Voted, that the sum of $2,326.00 be raised and appropriated and that the number of firemen be limited to twenty-five.
Article 14. To see what sum of money the town will raise and contribute to the sinking fund as required by law to meet the payments of the "Randolph Water Loan."
Voted, that the sum of $2,500 be raised and contributed to the Sinking Fund to meet the payment of the "Randolph Water Loan" when due.
Article 15. To see if the town will instruct the Assessors to revalue the taxable property in the town and raise and appropriate money therefor.
Voted, that the Assessors be instructed to thoroughly review the valuation of the assessable real and personal property of the town and use all lawful means to discover such taxable property of its inhabitants as may not now be assessed, to the end and purpose of endeavoring to reduce the rate of taxation as much as possible, and that the assessors

be authorized to call to their assistance, if necessary, repre- sentative citizens from different localities of the town, who shall serve without compensation, to enable them to make a proportionate and equitable valuation, and that the sum of $150 be raised and appropriated for the work of such review, in addition to the salary apportioned to them under Article 6 of the warrant.
Article 16. To see if the town will vote to make repairs in the Almshouse and raise and appropriate money for the same.
Voted, that action under this article be indefinitely post- poned.
Article 17. To see if the town will instruct the Trustees to make repairs on Stetson Hall building and raise and appro- priate money for the same.
Voted, that action under this article be indefinitely post- poned.
Article 18. To see what action the town will take in re- lation to repairs on the Turner Free Library building, and raise and appropriate money for the same.
Voted, that the sum of $100 be raised and appropriated to complete the repairing of the Turner Free Library building.
Article 19. To see if the town will vote to place electric lights on High street, and raise and appropriate money for the same, as petitioned for by Michael Ford and others.

Article 23. To see what compensation the town will allow for the collection of taxes.
Voted, that three-fourths of one per cent. be allowed for the collection of taxes.
Article 24. To see what action the town will take in re- lation to medical attendance on the poor and raise and appro- priate money therefor.
Voted, that the sum of $250 be raised and appropriated for said purpose, said sum to be apportioned equally among the several physicians, and to be in full for the attendance upon all persons under the care of the Selectmen and Over- seers of the Poor, whose settlement and residence is in the town of Randolph, for one year from January 1, 1910. That is to say, each physician resident in the town on the first of March, 1910, shall receive the sum of $50 for his services provided he makes thirty-four visits during the year; after that he shall receive no compensation for his services, but shall attend such of the town's poor as shall call upon him for his services; those physicians that make less than thirty- four visits shall receive pay at the rate of one dollar and fifty cents for each of said visits.
Article 25. To see if the town will instruct the Selectmen to appoint a special officer or officers to enforce the laws, and raise and appropriate money for the payment of such officer.

Voted, that the town instruct the Selectmen to appoint a special officer, or direct an officer elected by the town to enforce the laws of the Commonwealth, and to post all warrants enforce the laws of the Commonwealth, and to post all warrants for town meetings, and that the sum of $700 be raised and appropriated for said purposes; and that the Selectmen be instructed to use all the power the law gives them to suppress the illegal sale of intoxicating liquors.
Article 26. To see what action the town will take in re- lation to the pay of laborers employed by the town.
Voted, that each person employed by the town shall re- ceive such sum of money as is equal to the value of his labor, and that the laborers residing in town and the residents own- ing teams shall be employed in preference to any others.
Article 27. To see what action the town will take for the suppression of the gypsy and brown tail moths as recommended by the State Forester and raise and appropriate money for the same.
Voted, that the sum of $800 be raised and appropriated for this purpose.
Article 28. To see if the town will authorize the Collector of Taxes to charge interest at the rate of six per cent per annum on all taxes remaining unpaid on and after October 10, 1910.
Voted, that the Collector of Taxes be so authorized.

Article 33. To see if the town will vote to place an addi- tional light on Main Street, in the hollow north of the rail- road bridge, as the various accidents in the past warrant some action by the town as petitioned for Howard Randall and others.

Article 34. To see if the town will vote to lay flagstones on the north side of Warren Street sidewalk, opposite the Depot, and raise and appropriate money for the same, as petitioned for by Daniel D. Dennehy and others.

Voted, that the Selectmen be instructed to lay flagstones upon such portions of the sidewalk on the north side of Warren Street between the railroad track and W. P. Sullivan's store, as in their judgment may be necessary and that the sum of $200 be raised and appropriated therefor.
Article 35. To see if the town will vote to extend the water main on Woodlawn Street and raise and appropriate money for the same.
Voted unanimously, that the Water Commissioners extend the water main from South Main Street to Highland Avenue and issue a Bond Note therefor to an amount not exceeding $500 to be payable five years from the date of issue as au- thorized by Legislative act of 1909.
Article 36. Voted that a Committee of five be appointed by the Moderator to investigate the sanitary and heating condition at the Prescott Primary School and to report at a future meeting. The Moderator appointed the following committee :
John P. Rooney, Dr. Augustus L. Chase, Edward Long, Redmond P. Barrett, Jeremiah J. Desmond.
Voted, that the Moderator be paid the sum of $25 for his services.
Mr. French having expressed his thanks directed the Treasurer to pay that amount to Post 110 G. A. R. for its Monument fund.

WARRANT FOR STATE ELECTION
COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, NORFOLK SS.
To John Haney, Constable of the Town of Randolph, Greeting:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Randolph, qualified to vote in State Elections, to assemble in Stetson Hall, on Tuesday, the eighth day of November next, at 5.45 o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to give in to the Selectmen, on one ballot, their votes for Governor, Lieutenant-Governor, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Attorney-General, Representative in Congress for the Twelfth Congressional District, Councillor for District No. 2, Senator to the General Court for the First Norfolk District, Representative to the General Court for the Ninth Norfolk District, one County Commissioner for Norfolk County, two associate County Commissioners for Norfolk County, District-Attorney for the Southeastern District and Sheriff for Norfolk County, also on the same ballot in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 520, Acts of 1910, "shall nominations by political parties of candidates for the office of Representative in this district be by direct plurality vote?"
The polls for the reception of ballots aforesaid will be opened at 5.45 o'clock A. M., and remain open until 2 o'clock P. M., and such longer time as the voters may determine and you are directed to serve this warrant by posting attested

RANDOLPH, NOVEMBER 8, 1910.
Pursuant to the preceding warrant, the voters of Randolph assembled in Stetson Hall Tuesday, November 8, 1910.
The warrant and return was read by Patrick H. McLaugh- lin, chairman of the Selectmen, and promptly at 5.45 o'clock A. M. the polls were declared open for the reception of ballots.
The Town Clerk administered the oath of office to the following named Election officers :
