Randolph, July 29, 1924.
Pursuant to a warrant issued by the Selectmen dated July 21, 1924, duly posted by Patrick T. McDonnell, Constable, the inhabitants of Randolph met at Stetson Hall this 29th day of July, 1924. The meeting was called to order at 8 P. M. o'clock by the moderator James E. Foley, the warrant and return were read by the Town Clerk.

EIGHTY-NINTH ANNUAL REPORT
Article 1. To see what action the town will take in regard to the Stetson High School Building and make provisions therefor and to hear the report of the Com -. mittee appointed at the special town meeting of July 10, 1924.
The Finance Committee made the following report. on Article 1 :
"Your Committee recommends that the sum of $32,623 be appropriated from the moneys received by the town from the insurance paid on account of the fire loss on the Stetson High School Building, the same to be expended under the direction of the committee ap- pointed at the meeting of July 10, 1924, to consider plans for the repair or rebuilding of the Stetson High School Building in carrying out the work of repairing or replacing said building, said money to be expended only for necessary architect's fees and expenses until plans agreed upon by the Committee shall have been submitted to and approved by a town meeting called for that purpose."
Voted : That the report of the committee be accepted and adopted.
Article 2. To see what action the town will take- relative to the temporary housing and equipment of the High School and make provision for the same.
The Finance Committee reported on Article 2 as. follows :
"Your Committee recommends that the sum of $5,000 be appropriated from moneys received from the insurance companies, said money to be at the disposal of the School Committee to be expended for temporary

Mc- Donnell, Constable, the voters of Randolph assembled at Stetson Hall this 9th day of September, 1924, for the Primary Election. The Warrant and return were read by Richard F. Forrest, Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. After all the preliminaries of law were complied with the Polls were opened at 3 o'clock P. M., for the reception of ballots.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING, 1924 Randolph, September 11, 1924.
Pursuant to a warrant issued by the Selectmen, signed by Richard F. Forrest and James E. Foley, dated August 30, 1924, duly posted by Patrick T. McDonnell, Constable, the voters of Randolph assembled in Stetson Hall this eleventh day of September.
The meeting was called to order at 8 o'clock by the moderator, James E. Foley. The warrant and return were read by the Town Clerk and the following busi- ness transacted.
The plans approved by the Stetson High School Building Committee were shown on the screen and were demonstrated by M. B. Claff, chairman of said committee.
Voted: That Article 1 and 2 be taken up in con- junction.
Article 1. To see if the Town will approve the plans for repairing or replacing the present Stetson High School building submitted by the committee appointed for that purpose, and take such action as may be neces- sary to carry such plans into effect.
Article 2. To see what action the town will take relative to building an addition to the Stetson High School building, and make provision for the same.
Voted: That the committee on Stetson High School building appointed at the town meeting held July 10, 1924, be and they hereby are authorized and instructed to restore or rebuild the Stetson High School building

in accordance with the plans herewith submitted, which plans are hereby accepted and approved; that said committee be and they hereby are authorized and in- structed to build an addition to the said building, such addition to increase the floor space of the original building in accordance with the plans herewith sub- mitted, which plans are hereby accepted and ap- proved; that said committee are hereby authorized, empowered and instructed for and in the name of the Town to enter into such contracts in relation thereto with Funk and Wilcox, architects, and contractors, me- chanics and builders as may in the judgment of the committee be for the best interests of the town pro- vided that the total cost of remodeling and building extension shall not exceed $110,000.
Voted : That the committee on Stetson High School building appointed at the town meeting held July 10, 1924, be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to petition the next General Court for authority for the Town of Randolph to borrow the sum of fifty thousand dollars outside the debt limit for the purpose of build- ing an addition to the Stetson High School building.
Voted that this meeting be dissolved.
