What's New on New York Central? (Snapped by your Central photographer)
"AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION saves tonnage !" might be the motto of these New York Central freight station and freight yard employees. Seated in traveling theatre car, they see films showing the fundamentals of careful, modern freight handling. Beside 54-seat theatre, car contains office, kitchen, and sleeping quarters for traveling instructors.
NEW YORK CENTRAL SYSTEM
'Its hundreds of stops along New York Central are part of the Railroad's continuous "Perfect "Shipping" campaign. And this campaign, in turn, is part of a broad program that includes public relations courses, refresher classes in service, and careful apprentice training in railroading ... all aimed at helping Central men and women to serve you better.

No, record of his appointment as Gen- eral has been found, but it is ob- vious from family tradition and his: own and his wife's grave stones that he later received such a commis- slon.
Joseph married Anna ; DeMuth, whose age at death yields a comput- ed birthdate of March . 26, 1798, Church records for this period appear to be missing, and her parents have not been identified.
Anna (Demuth) Petrle had a tem- per of her own. She tore out and destroyed a page of the family Bi- ble because It bore record of a birth too soon after the marriage date of the parents.
The widow Anna removed to Wls- consin with her famlly in 1843. She appears to have married 2nd a Mr. Gould, although her tomb stone makes no reference to him.Her grave stone in Kellogg's Corners ceme- tery, Concord, Jefferson county, near Oconomowoc, Waukesha Co., Wiscon- sin, is as recorded below:
