In answer to a motion made by Nath Coleburne 1. 11. 69 for recompence. in Land for Land by him Granted to the Towne for the makeing the new pt of the mill Creeke and labour and disbursmt for the furthering that worke. the Towne Grant to the said Nath: Coleburne and to his heyers for euer one smale pcell of vpland lyeing adjoyneing to Ponde Playne neere the Ponde thereby. and betwixt the way leading towards Meadfield. being granted in full sattisfaction for the Land and other demands afore saide to be layd out so as. it be no damage to the watering of Cattell at the Ponde. nor to Meadfield' waye. by the discretion of [*Lieft Fisher] Edw: Richards, and Hen: Wight

It was ordered by Gen11 consent that conueanient Tombe or monument of stone and lime morter and couered with meet Timber be erected ouer the Graue of our late Reuerd Pastor and an inscription cut theron with the date of his death


and that an asessmt be made to leauie the payemt for the 4 months to his Administrators which is due since his last yeare ended. and that it be made by the same rules that the former pportions wer mad. both these orders are comitted to the select men to be chosen to be acomplished. this asessemt is to be payed § pt money and what shall be payed in corne shall at country Rate price


Sergt Fuller Robt Ware and Hen. Wight make returne this daye of the worke comitted to them at a Gen11 meeteing 2: 11: 70 vpon the request of Joh. Gaye that they haue layed out about halfe an acre of shruffie land as it is allready set out and marked for which the said Jolin Gaye is to paye to the Towne 98 in money

2 Whether in Consideration of what haue beene spoken from scripture and arguemt. referring to the dutie and rule of contribution: as to conscience as in the sight and feare of God the case may not at prsent be left in the same way of contribution that at prsent and for some time past we haue practiced. hopeing that euery man will endeauour to keepe a good conscience therein. at least for tryall the voate passed in the affirmatiue to this 2 ques- tion by generall consent
