whereas vpon the Reporte of the Comittee aboue mentioned and other privi- it apeere to the Towne that the 2000 acres granted and ledges in favour layed out to the Indians at Naticke doe not take in the sawe of the Indians mille. that is in good pt allready built by the Indians aforesd.
The Towne doe yet further grant to the said natick Indians free libertie to finish the same and to enjoye the free vse of the streame for that vse. where vpon it stand and allso the vse of such Landes adjoyneing there vnto as shall be necessary for bringing or layeing or disposeing of thier Timber vpon that occasion. and allso to make vse of such pyne or Ceader Timber as they shall cutt at the said mille and such oake timber as they shall neede for finishing the said sawe mille allready begane pvided allwayes that they fell timber onely in the Comon Land of the Towne and that they fell it not but as they haue occasion to Cutt and empue it
Whereas ther yet remayne in the Townes hand one pt.of the Swamp neere Medfield Swampe neere Medfield. wch lyes at or about the south end of that pt that is allready layed out the Towne doth grante so much of the same to such of the ppriators in the said swampe as ar prjudiced by any of the Ilands. in the said swampe for repair- ations to thet damage. to be layed out and pportioned by the direction and appointmt of and the remaynder thereof. that shall be left when the said repairations are made shall lye comon for the Townes vse. and heere vnto the vndertakers of the sawe mille consent notwithstanding thier former grante
