Between Isaak Stretton of Easthampton in the County of Suffolk upon the Island of Nassaw in the Colony of New- York in America, Yeoman, of the one part and Jeremiah Miller, Cornelios Conkling, Lewis Conkling and Isaak Mul- ford, all of said Easthampton on the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Isaak Stretton for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-eight pounds, that is Twelve pounds by each of them to him in hand paid, hath sold unto the aforesaid parties and to their heirs forever, one-quarter part of a whole share throughout Mantak, that is to say, unto each one of them one sixteenth part of a whole share, To have and to hold forever, and doth warrant to defend.

13. Benj. Stretton hath chosen for part of his right in said division joining to his lot of meadow lying Eastward of the Ware-house at the upper end of said meadow on the East side of the creek between it and Tho. Baker's meadow.


13. For the heirs of Willm Barnes is chosen for their part of said division joining to their lot of meadow N Eastward of said Baker's meadow, at the upper end of their meadow and on the North east side of their meadow.

15. Nathaniell Baker hath chosen for his remaining part of said division being three quarters and half quarter of one acre of land, on a certain piece of common lying between a lot of Capt. Conkling's land that was laid out the division with this, and the Southwesterly bound mark of a lot of David Conk- ling's that was laid out May the 3d 1710 and butting up against said Baker's own land being 9} rods broad at that end, 25 rods in length, 2 rods in breadth at the Southeast end

17. Eliakim Conkling hath chosen his part in said division joining to his lot of meadow on the East side of Great North- west and the full breadth thereof.


18. Mr. John Mulford hath chosen for part of his right in said division both sides of Ealwive Brook joining to said brook above the place where partly dammed over being swampy boggy and some marshy land, and some on the Northwest side of Ealwive brook pond, being such land as abovesaid.


20. Ephraim Osborn hath chosen his part in said division joining to his piece of meadow on the West side of the Great Northwest the breadth of said meadow, to quantity one acre 13 poles ¿ being the produce of 2 acres & one sixth of one acre commonage.


27. John Hoppin hath entered or chosen part of his right in said division in swamp and upland at or about the West- ward part of the swamp that lies at the end of the first divi- sion or upper range lots in Accobonuc great meadow towards the way going down to the landing place, and part thereof at or near Napeag pines and Eastward toward the mouth of the harbor.

Book A, page 22 .- These may certify whom it may con- - cern that Benjamin Osborn of Easthampton in the province of New-York have and do by these presents for himself and his heirs by way of and in answer to the exchange abovesaid grant unto Stephen Hand of said Easthampton to say one acre of land by him to be chosen according to the direction for the division now in motion, said acre so chosen to be possessed and enjoyed by him the said Stephen Hand and his assigns for ever, as witness his hand this 22d day of May 1710.

Loose Leaf No 7 .- (Vote of April 4, 1710.)-June the 2d. Jacob Schellinx hath chosen part of his right in said divis- ion joining to the South part of his last division of land, and part thereof about half a mile West from John Chatfields Brick Killes Westward of Ameganset Accobonick highway.


3. James Hand hath chosen part of his right in said divi- sion against his meadow at Northwest, and the remaining part thereof on the North side of the high road going to South hampton near Georgeke pines joining to said road.


8. Capt. Hobart hath chosen for his part of said division near Capt Mulford's ware house in swamp and upland that joins to the North side of the highway that goes thereto, and joining to the meadow ground that lies on that side said high- way.

Robert More hath chosen for right he hath of Samll Hedges on a piece of land joining to his meadow near the ware house and joining to that highway that leads to said ware house on the S West side thereof.


Thomas Edwards chooses for part of his part of this divi- sion at a place near the Springs going to Accobonic between said Edward's close and Tho. Mulfords meadow and other meadow. January 15, 1710-11. Test Tho. Chatfield, Town clerk.


Samuel Hedges doth choose part of his right in the afore mentioned division in a swamp Eastward from the ware house where formerly there was a pound the same to join on the left hand to the lots already laid out and so to run upward

Between Thomas Chatfield of the Town of Easthampton, County of Suffolk &c., Gentleman, of the one party, and John Davis, Weaver, of the same place, of the other part, Witness- eth that whereas was sold a parcel of land by John Chatfield formerly of Easthampton, Yeoman, brother of the said Thomas Chatfield, which land is now in the possession of the said John Davis, being in the Town of Easthampton aforesaid, bounded as followeth, Westward by the Town street, East- ward by, partly, the Town common land, and partly by the land of Samuell Dayton, to the Northward by the home lot of Lion Gardiner, Southwardly by the home lot of Enock Fith- ian, containing by estimation three acres and a half more or less limited and bounded as aforesaid,
