Wallace of Peru, Ind., in which the question of the legal right to use the name Carl Hagenbeck as a trade name and trade mark in the Western Hemisphere is in- volved; this case has been pending in the courts of Cook Co. for a long time; the case of Charles Klein vs. Chicago Manuscript Co., in which case he secured an injunction against the pi- racy of the play, "The Lion and the Mouse."
