Moulton's is hereby licensed and authorized to keep open and maintain a grave at "Johnson's Pond" in the Town of Botford to be used for hionics and other lawful gatherings and amusements for hire gain, on reward, until the first day of May 1904. This license is granted on condition that we intoxicating liquors shall be sold on the premises.

1904 National and State Election Precinct 2
Record of Precinct two (2) town of Botford November eighth, nineteen hundred and four. Pursuant to the foregoing Warrant, the inhabitants of Precinct two, qualified to vote as the law directs, assembled at the time and place, and for the purpose, therein expressed, At ten oclock in the forenow. the Warrant calling the meeting was read by the precinct clerk, who then publicity opened the ballot box, and the same having been personally examined by the election officers and the public was found to be empty.
The ballot box was immediately locked the register indicating 000. And the key of the box was taken and retained by George &. Carver, the Consta- ble in attendance, The Clerk then called whom the inhabitants of said precinct, at ten o'clock and seven minutes in the forenoon qualified by law to vote in elections to give in their ballots for the purpose expressed in said warrant.
At two oclock andfifty minutes in the after- noon the halls were closed. The ballet box was found. to register seventy four (74). The officers in charge of the check lists, in the presence of the other officers, and the public, counted in a distinct and audible voice, the names checked on said lists, and found the number to be seventy four (74) The ballot box without being removed from the public view was theroofiened by the Warden: the ballots were taken there- from and audibly counted one by one and the bleck. publicly announced the whole number to be seventy four (74) The Precinct officers then proceeded to count the number of votes received by each person with the following result, namely.

1904 In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Botford. Botford, Mass. November 26 th 1904. On the petition of the Haverhill, Danvers &Showich Street Railway Company, for extension of time in which to construct and put in operation its street railway in the Town of Butford, it is hereby ordered and decreed, that the time in which to construct, equip, and fut in operation the street railway, of said company, in the Town of Bothford, be, and it is further extended until the first day of June 1906.
