This is to certify that the Board of Registrare of Voters of Boxford, met this day at the Town Hall at eight o'clock P. M. to recount the votes cast at the State Election November 4, 1913. for Representative to the General Court for the 10th Essex District, upon Petition of ter legal voters of Boxford and more; we have examined all the Ballots cast in both Precincts and find no change in the count.


Fired Leach's Counsel protested on the marke- ing of three ballots, but in no case did he doubt the intention of the voter.


This board did not uphold Mr. Leach's counsel in his protest.

Treatment: Book dismantled and binding materials removed. Paper mended with Japanese tissue or Crompton heat set tissue. Paper deacidified using magnesium oxide. Book resewn and bound in Hewit vegetable tanned goatskin and acid-free materials.
