Pursuant to the foregoing Warrant the inhabitants of Recent & Town of Belford. qualified to vote in Primaries _at the law- - directe assembled at the time and place - and for the purpose therem expressed. it ten o'clock T.M. the Marrant call ing the meeting was read by the Reciict Click who their publicly opened the fallot boy and the so cam we having been examined by the Precinct offices and the public was found to be empty.
