Motion by John S. Konrad that the existing Revised Zon- ing and Building By-Laws be amended as follows :-
1. By striking out in Chapter 11 Section I, Zoning By- Laws in Section II thereof entitled DEFINITIONS, Section 3, entitled DWELLING and inserting in place thereof the follow- ing :-
3. DWELLING. A building designed to be used and occupied for human habitation as a single family residence, two family residence or multi family residence on a site intended as the permanent location of such building. And 2. In said Chapter 11 Sertion I ZONING BY-LAWS in Section IV en- titled USE REGULATIONS by adding a new subsection in Section IV-C entitled SUBURBAN-AGRICULTURAL DIS- TRICTS in sub-section 1 thereof entitled PERMITTED USES the following' new sub-section C relating to multi familyd dwelling c.
c. The construction and use of a multi family dwelling provided that the lot meets in full the intensity requirements of the district as outlined in Section V of this By-Law and provided further that it can be demonstrated that no public health hazard is involved through inadequate provision for water supply and sewerage disposal. And
3. In Chapter 11 Section I ZONING BY-LAWS Section V entitled INTENSITY REGULATIONS by amending Sec- tions V-A, V-C and V-D so that said sections shall read as fol- lows:

Berthiaume that the Town accept as a town way a certain street laid out by the Selectmen on August 27, 1963, a plan showing the boundaries and measurements of said way having been filed with the Town Clerk on August 21, 1963. The street to be accepted is more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of the tract here- in described in the northwesterly line of Stafford Street, said point of beginning being 196.57 feet southwesterly of (measured on the northwesterly line of Stafford Street) a copper-weld rod at the sooutheasterly corner of land of one Alfred Dumas and the southwesterly corner of other land of the grantor;
THENCE running S 47° 04' 55" W, by the northwester- ly line of Stafford Street, 40.12 feet to a point;
THENCE running N 38° 25' 00" W, by land of Russell Brooks, 141.70 feet to the tangent point of a curve leading northwesterly, the radius of which is 95.71 feet;
