Ignace .Glaser was the principal speaker before the Rotary club at the regular weekly luncheon at the Colonial hotel today. Mr. Olaser, who is a native of Osecho-Slovakis, chose that country as his subject and gave a brief account of the na- tion's history. development and characteristics.
