James B. Sivewright Succumbs Suddenly from Attack of Indigestion
James B. Sivewright, 50, for many years a bollermaker for the Frisco raliroad here but recently employed 4 .. ... washing machine department
of the Heer's Stores company, died suddenly at 2:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon following a heart attack at his home, 535 East Monroe street.
Indigestion Cause
The fatal attack came soon af- ter Mr. Bivewright had eaten a hearty dinner. Mrs. Sivewright ad- ministered home remedies and summoned Dr. C. W. Ford when her husband's distress became acute. Mr. Blvewright was beyond medical ald. however, when the physician arrived.
Survived By Wife
Mr. Sivewright is survived by his wife, Mra. Letha Bivewright; one son. Albert of Birmingham, Ala .; three daughters, Amy Marie, in- structor in the music department of Southwest. Teachers college, Leona and Eunice, all of the home: and one brother in Little Rock, Ark.

THE death of John A. Howard. 23-year-old salesman for a st Louis firm, who was instants killed yesterday morning when he was crushed between a celing and the top wheel of a belt elevator at the Lampe-Birkenback garage building., was not blamed to fault of anyone else. a coroner's jury decided yester- day afternoon following an inquest at the Herman H. Lohmeyer funeral ! home. The probe was in charge of Dr. Murray C. Stone. Greene coun- tr coroner.
The young man had been staying a! the Bowles hotel since Tuesday. Apparently' he went directly from his room to the Lampe-Birkenback building where his car" had been stored on the top floor overnight.

FOR HALF HOUR
Nothing was known of the fatal accident for perhaps half an hour after it occurred. Employes of the firm noticed that the elevator was out of commialon but supposed that - was due to a fuse having blown out.
Floyd Dupree. a negro employe. . discovered the body wedged tight - Is between ceiling and the elevator! wheel. As he started for the ground , floor he encountered C. A. Knowles. | garage mechanic. and called his at- tention to the discovery. The two hastened to the office to summon the Lohmeyer ambulance.
Witnesses, called at the inquest were M. W. Birkenback and G. W. Lampe. proprietors of the garage: Knowles and Dupree: and Doolin Gorman, member of the ambulance

LIFT APPROVED
Mr. Birkenback testified that the elevator had , been ... examined and approved recently by a state eleva- tor inspector and by an Insurance . examiner. He declared that the rules of the establishment provide that patrons wait in the office while Tthplores bring their cars from ubper Doors of the buliding.
The coroner's Jury summoned by Constable Scott Curtis included: Jeff Harris. Howard Curtis. G. W. Dar- neil. Jesse Teaff. Ellis Mitchell and D. 8. Smalley.
Relatives of Howard were expect- ed to arive here this morning from Portageville, Mo. The young man, represented the St. Louis firm of W. Schiller as salesman for photog- raphers" supplies.
