The body of Frank R. Minor, 50. of 1408 West Phelps street, 'who died in a Harrisonville, Mo., hos- pital Sunday afternoon from in- juries suffered when he was struck by an automobile on U. S. highway 71 Jate Saturday night, arrived here yesterday afternoon.
Minor was walking down the highway near Peculiar. Mo .. In search of a daughter, Hazel Minor. who. had disappeared . from home about a week before, when he fell the victim of a hit-and-run motor- ist. The daughter arrived home at about the same time as the fatal accident.
The father and Edgar Edwards. 20, the girl'a sweetheart, had gone to Kansas City in search of her. They started down the road after receiving a tip that she was "hitch- hiking."
