appropriate a sum of money for the purpose of purchasing and installing pumps and oil-burners in the pumping station plant at Great Pond in the Town of Randolph, the source of water supply for the Town of Randolph and Holbrook, and to authorize the Water Commissioners of Randolph acting jointly with the Water Commissioners of Holbrook to purchase and install said pumps and oil-burners with all necessary equipment; and to authorize the Town Treas- urer with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow such sums as may be necessary, in conformity with the law, to meet any appropriation made; or take any other action relative thereto.
Article 93. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a six-inch (6") water main with gates and hydrants on Reed Street for a distance of approximately 1500 feet, in place of the one and one-quarter (114) inch main already there, and to raise and appropriate the necessary money for same.
Article 94. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a six-inch water main wtih necessary gates and hydrants on Himoor Circle (formerly Himoor and Fairview Lanes) for a dis- tance of 1480.49 feet and to raise and appropriate the sum of $5921.96 for same.
Article 95. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Water Commissioners to install a six-inch (6") water main with gates and hydrant, from the existing water main on Vine Street (the line is now dead-end requiring flushing several times a year) to Lafayette Street, a distance of 1650 feet, and to raise and appropriate money therefor, this same appropriation to include sufficient funds to put street in same condition as now existing, as petitioned for.
Article 96. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a six-inch main with necessary gates and hydrants on Bossi Avenue for a distance of 1,000 feet and raise and appropriate money for same.

Article 98. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $90.00 to install five (5) street lights on Himoor Circle (formerly Himoor and Fairview Lanes) .
Article 99. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $72.00 to install four (4) street lights on Lancaster Road, between Wyman Road and Wil- marth Road, as petitioned for.
Article 100. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $54.00 for the installation of three (3) street lights on Hall Street, as petitioned for.
Article 101. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $36.00 to install two (2) street lights on Mitchell Street from North Main Street.
Article 102. To see if the Town will vote to raise and and appropriate the sum of $72.00 to install four (4) street lights on Hilgarde Street.
Article 103. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $18.00 to install a street light at the corner of Woodlawn Street and Highland Avenue.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting attested copies thereof at the Town Hall, at the Town Clerk's office, at the Post Office and at six other public places in the Town, seven days at least, before the day and hour of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not, and make return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the day and hour appointed for holding said meeting.

ANNUAL TOWN MEETING-1951
March 19, 1951
Article 1. VOTED UNANIMOUSLY : That the Town authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipa - tion of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1951, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44, General Laws.
Article 2. VOTED : That Article 2 be considered item by item as recommended by the Finance Committee.
VOTED. That the Town raise and appropriate the following amounts to defray the General Town Expenses for the current year under the following headings :
