To see if the Town will vote to Zone for Business the following premises: BEGINNING at a point being the northwest corner of Lot No. 11, as shown on Plan of Land in Randolph, surveyed by D. G. Clarke in 1923, and recorded in Norfolk Registry of Deeds: thence running in a NORTHERLY direction by the east- erly side of North Main Street, forty (40) feet more or less, to the land of one Doherty, thence EASTERLY by land of said Doherty, one hundred eighty five (185) feet, more or less, to a stonewall, thence SOUTHWESTERLY by said stonewall, one hundred sixty five (165) feet, more or less, to a point: thence WESTERLY one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to North Main Street, thence NORTHERLY by said Main Street, sixty (60) feet, more or less, to the southerly side of said Lot No. 11 and land of one Sproul, thence EASTERLY by said Sproul's land, one hundred (100) feet, more or less, to a point, thence NORTHERLY by said Lot No. 11, sixty (60) feet more or less, to a point thence WESTERLY one hundred (100) feet to North Main Street and the point of beginning.

Article 61. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Laws, by making the following revisions: Section 5. paragraph A. Minimum Lot Area. In a resi- dential district or zone no dwelling shall be erected or maintained except on iots containing not less than 10,000

square feet each and having a frontage of not less than 100 feet, and a depth of not less than 100 feet, and not more than one dwelling shall be erected on each such lot. The foregoing provision shall not apply to lots re- corded as such with Norfolk Deeds or registered as such in Norfolk Registry District on the effective date of this By-Law.


Notwithstanding the above provisions, where the literal enforcement of this section would substantially diminish the value of the land, because of the confor- mation of the land, the shallowness or other irregularity of the lot boundaries, or the curved or other peculiarity of street location, or other valid reason, the owner thereof may apply to the Board of Appeals for relief and the said Board shall grant, upon equitable terms and conditions, such relief as will carry out the intent of this By-Law, but in no event to reduce the frontage to less than 75 feet.


STREET LAYOUTS


Article 62. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to layout Cole Terrace be- tween Junior Terrace and Willard Terrace.


Article 63. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to layout Beverly Terrace from Cole Terrace to Shirley Terrace.


Article 64. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to layout Ely Street from Fitzgerald Street to Vanderbilt Street, as petitioned for.

Article 83. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install 6" water main on Wadsworth Street, a distance of 375 ft. and raise and appropriate money for same, as petitioned for by the Board of Water Commissioners.


Article 84. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a 6" water main on High Street a distance of 1,000 ft., and raise and appropriate money for same, as petitioned for by the Board of Water Commissioners.
