In connection with others he built the first saw mill and grist miil in Logan. Treasurer Cache county more than 30 years. He was also interested in many other industries. He was a very energetic worker in the church.

Bishop first ward Rexburg. City councilman and mayor Rexburg. Public-spirited, and prominent In all things for advancement and progress.


RIDDLE, ISAAC (son of John Riddle and Ellzabeth Stewart). Born March 22, 1830, in Boone county, Ky. Came to Utah Sept. 15, 1850, Richard Sessions company.


Married Mary Ann Eagles Aug. 29, 1863 (daughter of Ellas and Mary Eagles of England, ploneers). She was born Nov. 5, 1845, in England. Their children: Lydia A .; Safrona; Lillie C .; Wallace M .; Charles E .; John E .; Andrew I., died. Famlly home Beaver, Utah.


Missionary to Georgia; bishop's counselor. Missionary among the Indians 10 years. Miller and stockralser. Died Sept. 1, 1906.
