Cannon, cashier, and remaining there until 19 years of age, when he was called on a mission to Germany, serving 38 months. Embarked in business for himself as a real estate and stock broker in 1902. Later he formed a partnership with Edw. E. Jenkins, which partnership has been incorporated under the firm name of Ashton-Jenkins Company, one of the largest real estate concerns in Salt Lake City. .
