CLEGG, ISAAC (son of Thomas Clegg and Ann Passey). Born Dec. 25, 1836, Manchester, Eng. Came to Utah 1860. Married Dora Jackman Oct. 28, 1872, Salt Lake City (daughter of Permeno Adams Jackman and Phoebe Lodema Merrill of New York state, pioneers 1847). She was born June 11, 1855.
