Married Rosannah V. Cutler Nov. 5, 1879, St. George, Utah. Ordained bishop of Thurber ward June, 1882, and again July 29, 1906; ordalned an elder and high priest June, 1882; missionary to eastern states Nov. 22, 1887. Settled at St. George 1862; moved to West Polnt, on The Muddy, Nev .; returned with that colony to Glendale, and then to Thurber, Utah, In 1879.
