Parents within forty days after the birth of a child, and every householder, within forty days after a birth in his house shall cause notice thereof to be given to the clerk of the town where such child is born.

To either of the Constables of the Town of Medfield, in said County :
GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth you are directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Medfield, qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, in said Medfield on Monday the 1st day of March A. D. 1937 at 6:00 A. M. then and there to act on the following articles :
Article 1. To choose all Town Officers required to be elected annually by ballot, to wit :
One Moderator, One Town Clerk, One Treasurer, One Collector of Taxes, Three Constables, One Tree Warden, all for one year. 1
One Assessor for two years.
One Selectman, One Assessor, One Member of the School Committee, Two Trustees of the Public Library, One Mem- ber of the Board of Health, One Cemetery Commissioner, One Member of the Water and Sewerage Board, One Mem- ber of the Board of Public Welfare, all for the term of three years.

One Member of the Planning Board for five years.
The Polls to be opened at 6:00 A. M. and closed at 2:00 P. M.
Article 2. To choose Fence Viewers, Field Drivers and Pound Keeper.
Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to accept the reports of the several Town Officers for the past year.
Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray the expenses for the ensuing year.

Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1937, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Chap- ter 44, Section 17, General Laws.

Article 6. To determine in what manner the taxes shall be collected for the ensuing year, also determine what percentage shall be allowed the Collector for the ensuing year.

Article 7. To see what compensation the Town will allow the members of the Fire Department for the ensuing year.
Article 8. To see if the Town will authorize the Col- lector to use all means in the collection of taxes as the Treasurer might if elected to that office.
Article 9. To see how much per hour the Town will allow for work on the Highways for the ensuing year.
Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Water and Sewerage Board to appoint one of its members as Water Registrar.
Article 11. To see what compensation the Town will allow the Water Registrar for the ensuing year.
Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to sell the 16 acres of land formerly used by the Water Department . as a source of water supply.
Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a committee to appraise, for the purpose of selling, the 16 acres of land formerly used by the Water Department as a source of water supply.
Article 14. To see what sum of money the Town will raise and appropriate to establish salaries for the Board of Public Welfare.
Article 15. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate to be used in conjunction with W.P.A. projects to be expended under the direction of the Selectmen, or act in any manner relating thereto.
Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to establish a Roads Machinery Fund to which shall be credited all receipts received for the use or rental of Road Machinery,

the proceeds to be appropriated as voted by the Town for Road Machinery purposes, or take any action in relation thereto.
Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money to establish a Road Machinery Account for the purpose of repairing and operating Road Machin- ery.
Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the payment of outstand- ing bills incurred by the following departments in 1936.

Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate $1500.00 provided the State and County allot a like amount for the general maintenance of the Chapter 90 Roads.
