To the Commissioners of Essex County,
Gentlemen:
The undersigned respectfully represent that Salem Street, so-called, in the Town of Lynnfield, from the boundary line between said town and the city of Peabody, thence westerly to its intersection with the State Highway, is unsuited to the present requirements of traffic and that common convenience and necessity require that specific repairs be made thereon.
WHEREFORE they pray that after due notice and a hearing the County Commissioners may order such specific repairs to be made on the said road as in their judgement may be necessary.
