3dly. It is agreed betwen the said partys to these presents that the agreement Made between the Committy of the said town and the said Josiah Hobart about the hither end of Meantauk bearing Date the tenth day of May 1683: and the said towns Grant unto the said Josiah Hobart of a thirteen Acre Allotment Dated the 16th day of June 1686 shall both of them be esteemed and Accounted to Invest the said Josiah Hobart only with nine tenths parts of a share at the hither end of Meantake and with a thirteen acre Allotment through- out the Rest of the The township with the rest of the proprie- tors.
Lastly. It is agreed between the said parties that the said Josiah Hobart shall have five or six acres of Land Aded to

That Whereas John Chatfield of ye Town and County above said Did By his bill of sale Bearing date the twenty-seventh of September Anno qr Domini; one thousand six hundred Ninety & six (as by relation thereunto had may Appear :) did give Grant Alien and sell unto Jeremiah Miller : John Parsons: Samuell Daytone : and John Jones abovesaid A sertaine tract of Land and Meadow and Appertinances : By which purchas as they are (as in Right in the Laws Is ought and Must be Joynt Tenants) But by the Mutuall Consent of the severall persons above Mentioned it is hearby Covenanted agreed and Conclude by and Between the said Jeremiah Mil- ler : John Parsons Samuell Dayton and John Jones there shall be no Right of survivorship in any the premises above- said any Law or Act to the Contrary Notwithstanding.
