BOOK A, 412. The Records of the Allotment of John Os- borne granted by the Town of Easthampton to him, his heirs or assigns forever, containing a thirteen acre lot with all priv- ileges and appurtenances belonging to such an allotment, and also several exchanges that the said John Osborne hath made of land, some with the Town in general as also with several particular inhabitants as hereafter is inserted.
Imprimis, whereas the said John Osborne was formerly possessed in the Town with a home lot and addition with other of the inhabitants, and containing nine acres more or less, has for good consideration moving him thereunto has ex- changed this his home lot addition house aud barn, with the Town for to settle himself at Wainscut and the Town has given and granted unto him there sixteen acres upon the East side of Waynscut pond for this his aforesaid house home lot and addition.
Secondly, one parcel of land more at Wainscutt which he had of John Parsons & Richard Shaw in exchange for two

parcels of land in the Eastern plain, the which land at Wayn- scut aforementioned containeth eleven acres more or less.
Thirdly, one parcel of land more at Wainscut containing seven acres and three quarters more or less, the which land he had of George Myller in exchange for four acres more or less lying by the home lot and addition of Steven Hand which land was first in the hands of Thomas Osborne Senr.
Fourthly, one parcel of land more at Wainscut containing ten acres more or less, which land he had of Thomas Osborne Senr. in exchange for a parcel of meadow and Hommock of upland that lieth at the East end of Hooke pond.
Fifthly, one parcel of land more at Waynscut being a third division of land containing thirteen acres more or less.
Sixthly, one parcel of land more at Waynscut which was granted to him belonging to a fourth division, containing about thirteen acres more or less, all which land above mentioned being seventy acres and three quarters more or less, bounded by Thomas Osborne Jr. East, John Strettons land South, Waynscut pond Westward and the Common North.
Also ten acres more or less being on the West side of Wayn- scut pond which land he had of George Myller in exchange for land in the little plain which was formerly in the posses- sion of Thomas Osborne Senr. and Mr. Thomas Chatfeild, which foresaid land last mentioned in the little plain, the said John Osborne had of his father Thomas Osborne Senr. in ex- change for land that John Osborne had as part of his allot- ment from the Town, it lying by the great plain.
Also one parcel of land more joining to this land at Wam- scut last above mentioned which he bought of Samuell Par- sons for a valueable consideration of pay in hand received as it is owned by the said Samuell Parsons aforesaid to the re- corder at the entry hereof containing six acres and a half more or less, the which two parcels of land last mentioned being bounded by Wainscut pond East, the highway and

beach South and James Hand's land West and the present Common North, the which two parcels of land here last men- tioned containeth in the whole sixteen acres and a half more or less.
And also one parcel of meadow land at the Norwest con- taining two acres and a half and sixteen pole more or less bounded bp Mrs. Codners' land formerly the wife of John Hand Senr. South and Steven Hedges' land North.
Also one parcel of meadow at Napeake as being part of his proportion of waste meadow containing about three quarters of an acre more or less bounded by-

Also one parcel of land more being part of a third division being added to his home addition land containing two acres and a quarter more or less, bounded by Richard Stretton Norward, the Common West and the highway South.
And one parcel of land more upon the plain Eastward from the Indian Well, being the rest of his third division of land containing twelve acres more or less bounded by the high- ways North & South, and the land that Richard Stretton had of Jeremyah Conkling West and Richard Stretton's land East.
B. One parcel of meadow at the Norwest containing six acres more or less, part of which he had of John Edwards in exchange with him for a second division of meadow at Acco- bonok which Norwest meadow land is bounded by Mr. Thomas Baker and Richard Shaw on the West & the woods North, East & South.
One parcel of meadow at Accobonok in the first division containing one acre and sixty-four pole more or less, bound- ed by John Edwards on the one side and Joshuah Garlick on the other side.
And one parcel of meadow in Accobonok neck containing one acre and a half more or less, bounded by John Edwards on the one side and Joshuah Garlick on the other side.

Page 23 .- Also one piece of land more being part of a fourth division and lying on the Norward part of the second home lots and it containeth eight acres more or less and bounded Southward by his own land and by Jacob Daiton's land and Eastward by the highway and Norward by some land that doth belong to Thomas Osborne Jr.
Also one parcel of land more upon the Norwest woodland plain and it containeth about two and twenty acres more or less and bounded Norward by Thomas Chatfeilds' land and Southward by Goodman Daiton's land and Westward by the highway and Common and Eastward by the highway and another range of lots.
And one parcel of land more in Georgica neck containing about six or seven acres more or less which he had of Good- man Brookes for exchange of land else where and it is bound- ed by Mr. Backer's land Westward and the Common Nor- ward, Thomas Diamond's land Eastward and the Cove South- ward.

Also one piece of land more appertaining to the aforesaid Thomas Osborne as being part of a fifth division lying and being at a place known by the name of Alewive brook and it containeth about thirteen acres more or less and it lieth on both sides of the brook and bounded Norward by John Ed- wards and East by the Common, Southwards by Samuell Mulford's land & Westward by the Bay.
And one parcel of land more joining part of it to his own addition land and to some other men's addition land part of it and bounded also Eastward & Southward by Jeremiah Conck- lings land and Westward by some land that now belongeth to Thomas Osborne Junior, but formerly it was in the pos- session of William Edwards and Norward by the highway and Common some part of it and it containeth about eight acres more or less and was exchanged with John Osborne for land elsewhere.

BOOK A, page 48} .- The Records of the Allotment of John Parsons and Richard Shaw granted to them, their heirs or assigns forever, containing a three and twenty acre lot viz : home lot and plain, with all privileges and appurte- nances belonging to such an allotment as followeth here ac- cording to their several proportions as it was to be divided between them by consent, John Parsons to have two thirds of all the land abroad that is already laid out or to be laid out, and two thirds of the Commonage and privileges that unto the allotment doth belong whatsoever, and here is in- serted the land that doth belong unto John Parsons, only the share of whale is to be equally divided.
Imprimis, the home lot granted by the Town containing three acres more or less, which home lot he sold unto John Kirtland and to his assigns forever : and also one acre and a half of the home lot and part of the addition which was be- tween the said John Parsons and Richard Shaw, the which acre and a half of the aforesaid home lot and the part of the addition he also sold unto John Kirtland and now in the possession of Richard Shaw, that is the addition land but the acre and half of the home lot is Besalliel's.

A second home lot containing eight acres and a half more or less, of which parcel of land two acres and a half more or less he had of Enock Fithyan for land upon the Eastern plain, the which land being thus bounded by the street South and East and West by a second home lot that did formerly belong to Willyam Mulford but now in the possession of Benjamin Conckling and bounded Norward by land that was and did belong to Phillip Leeke, but now in the possession also of Benjamin Conckling.
3ly. One parcel of land upon the Eastern plain containing six acres more or less bounded by Mr. Thomas Backer West, the beach South, Richard Shaw East, and the highway and some common land North.
