And also one parcel of land by the great plain containing twelve acres and a half more or less bounded by the high- ways North and South, Thomas Talmage West and Mr. Bord's land that now is in the possession of Thomas Osburne junior East, part of which land he had of Richard Stretton in exchange for land Eastward in the woods by the Eastern plain and the other part he had of Steven Hand in exchange for land by his home lot and addition.


And also one parcel of land more on the little plain which he had of John Osborne in exchange for land at Waynscut the which aforesaid land on the little plain was formerly in the possession of Thomas Osburne, Senr. & Thomas Chatfeild

One parcel of woodland more Eastward of the Town being a third division of land containing fourteen acres more or less, some of it being to make up some addition land that was wanting to him, bounded West by Mr. Thomas Chat- feild's land and South by land that doth belong to Nathaniell Bishop and to Issaack Hedges and by a parcel of Common and East and the highway North.


Also a parcel of meadow granted unto the aforesaid John Myller by Mr. John Mulford & Mr. Roberd Bond and some others being by them given and granted to him his beirs and assigns forever, all the meadow from the long beach that is at the Three Mile Harbor, all down from the said beach to a place known by the name of Duck creek as far as the mouth of the Harbor.


And also one parcel of land Eastward of the Town being woodland near to the plain and being part of a fourth divi- sion of land containing three acres more or less, and bounded by the highways East, North & South, and West by six acres and a half of his own land formerly laid out to him as above mentioned.


Also one parcel more of land being part of a fourth divi- sion on the Northeast part of the Norwest woodland plain
