It is agreed that Jeremiah conckling and Lift. John Wheller is to lay out that Weast meadow at Napeag that is not alredy laid out and where as Thomas Diment seniar Cuts of part of thair last Devision then that is of John Strettonse; Mr Thomas Chatfeilds and John osborns : Where upon it is agreed at this towne meeting that it shall bee made up out of that which is to bee laid out.

Book 4, page 3 .- Complaynt being Made to ye Constable & oberseers of damage done by bayting horses oxen & other Catle in the Comon fields of this towne: It is therfore ordered by the sayd Counstable & oberseers that Who soeber shall after the publication heer of put or Cause to be put or Left in the fields to bayte any horse horses oxen or other Catle untill after Indian harbest Next and the fields Cleared : shall pay a fine for ebery such defect the some of twelve pence for ebery head so offending Whither horse oxe or other beaste & It shall be Lawfull for any Inhabitant of this towne to Impound such Catle or horse & to have the one halfe of the fine for his Labor & the other halfe to be for prtie of ye towne Also the towne pounder hath Liberty to take and Impound them as Catle that breake into the field: probided this order extend Not to prbent prsons Labooring in the field from tetering of ther horses by them soe as they doe No damage :

Jones and his Heires for ever; three Acres and aquarter of upland In the Eastern playnes be it More or Less as it was divided to him the said Thomas Hand out of his fathers Lott there and Is Bounded with the Land of John Stretton East- ward of John Carle westwarde the High way North wards and the beach Southwards As also a peece of Medo in Napeage Medows Containing three Acres be it More or Less as it Is bounded with the Medo of Lieutnt John Wheeler Eastwards and the Medo of Richerd Stretton deceased westwards the harbour Northwards and the Sand Hills Southwards To have and to holuld without any Challange or Contradiction and for Confirmation of the aforesaid tittle The said Thomas Hand hearunto set his hand and offixed his seale this 12th day of September 16S2.
