BOOK A, page 1843 .- The Record of the land laid out to William Schellinx Jr. in the division called the half acre di- vision, Viz :
Six acres of swamp and upland more or less Southeasterly from Amaganset fresh pond, bounded by common land on all sides.
2ly Also seven acres of swamp and upland more or less, Ave acres of the same joining to the above said pond, begin- ning at the corner of the swamp Eastward from Jacob Schel- linx tan fats and so along by said pond to the North side so far as there is swamp up to the beach on the North side.
3ly. Also two acres of the above said seven laid out Northerly from the said Fresh pond, it being swamp land bounded by common land on all sides; the said seven acres last above mentioned the said William Schellinx purchased of John Merry by way of exchange for other land.

Three acres of the same John Merry purchased of John Davis, the other four acres belonged to the said Merry, part of it was his half acre division and part he had laid out for want of land in some former divisions.

Book A, page 462 .- The Record of the Allotment of Rich- ard Shaw and John Parsons granted to them, their heirs or assigns forever, containing a three and twenty acre lot Viz : home lot and plains with all privileges and appurtenances belonging to such an allotment, every of them according to their several proportions as hereafter followeth ; and first here is inserted the land appertaining to Richard Shaw :
Imprimis, his part part of the home lot containing two acres and a half more or less with all the whole addition which containeth nine acres more or less which home lot and addition is thus bounded by Joshuah Garlick Senr. And also two acres of land be it more or less, as it was laid out by the said men in Acabonick neck, it being laid out with other lands belonging to several persons laid out at the same time as by the record of said land elsewhere may ap- pear.

Also one parcel of land more being parts of the third divi- sion of land which is at the West end of Richard Brook's and Joshuah Garlick Sr. and part of Richard Shaw's addition, which land was part of their divisions and made over unto Roger Smyth by Joshuah Garlick Jr. who has procured the same from the persons above mentioned, and that bring bounded by Richard Brookes and Joshuah Garlik's and part of Richard Shaw's addition East and William Fithians' land South and the highway that is by Roberd Dayton's land West and part of Richard Shaw's land North, this land being thus bounded containeth about seven acres more or less, for which land Joshuah Garlick had in exchange Roger Smith's home lot.
One parcel of meadow granted to Roger Smyth by Mr. Thomas Backer at Napeake among the divisions of waste meadow containing about an acre more or less, bounded by John Wheeler and Thomas Hand upon the North and Rich- ard Stretton on the East and the sand or beach South and West.
Also one parcel of land more being a fourth division and it, containeth about nineteen acres and three quarters more or less and it lieth at Wainscut and is bounded Southward by the highway that goeth along by John Osborne's house and it joineth io some land that doth belong to John Hopping and it is bounded part of it by the Common.

Also one lot of land in Ameganset woods being his or their rights as aforesaid to that division called the seventh division and is in the whole six acres and one half more or less bound- ed toward the West by Benjamin Osborn's land, toward the East by the land belonging to Daniell Edwards, towards the North by a highway and towards the South by some part Ameganset closes.
