The Comptroller General's report upon the account of the Hon- orable Richard M'Callister, Esquire, for sundry military stores furnished by him for public use in the year 1776, was read and approved, and an order drawn upon the Treasurer in favor of the said Mr. M'Callister, for the sum of thirty-five pounds specie, in full of the same account.
The Comptroller General's reports upon the following accounts, vizt :
In favor of the Honorable Bernard Dougherty, for his attendance fifty-one days in the late Committee of Safety, from the 26th of September to the first of August, 1776, for his services as one of the Judges of a Special Court of Oyer and Terminer, held in Bed- ford Court in 1778, 1779 and 1780, under a special commission. And. for rations furnished to the Bedford county militia, from July to December, 1782, were read and approved, and an order drawn upon the Treasurer for the sum of thirty-seven pounds twelve shillings, due upon the latter, to be paid out of the arrears of the eighteen penny tax, according to the resolution of Assembly dated the first day of April, 1782.
A letter was written to David Rittenhouse and Andrew Porter, Esquires, Commissioners for running and marking the western boundary of Pennsylvania, urging the prosecution of the important business intrusted to them with the utmost diligence, and with all the dispatch that is compatible with accuracy in their proceedings.

Tuesday next was appointed for a hearing upon the memorial of David Lennox, complaining of the conduct of Plunket Fleeson, Esquire.
An order was drawn upon the Treasurer in favor of Lieutenant Colonel Solomon Bush, for the sum of twelve pounds specie, in full of his account for a saddle, bridle, holsters, and pair of pistols, lost when he was wounded in an engagement with the enemy, accord- ing to the Comptrollor General's report, to be paid out of; the monies arising from militia fines. .

A deposition of Peter Audrain was laid before the Board and read, by which it appears that in the evening of the fifth instant, the said Peter Audrain was robbed of two gold watches, a silver watch, a sum of money, and many valuable effects, by about twelve armed men, not known to the deponent. On consideration,
Ordered, That a proclamation be issued in the following words, vizt :

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS, It appears by a deposition taken according to law, that in the night of the fifth day of this present month, the dwel- ling house of Peter Audrain, of the township of Benjamin, in the county of Bucks, within this State, was broken open, and the said Peter Audrain robbed of two gold watches, a silver watch, a sum of money, and many valuable effects, by persons unknown :

And whereas, It is of the utmost importance to the good people of this State that the perpetrators of such attrocious crimes should be brought to condign punishment, we have thought fit to offer, and do hereby offer a public reward of fifty pounds in specie, for each and every of the perpetrators of the said robbery, or any of them, to be paid, on conviction for the same, to any person or per- sons who shall apprehend and secure them, or any of them. And over and above the said reward, we do hereby promise free and full pardon to any one of the said robbers, their aiders, abettors or com- forters, who shall apprehend, discover and secure any other, or others of the said robbers, so that he or they shall be convicted of the same, as aforesaid. And all Judges, Justices, Sheriffs and Constables, are hereby strictly enjoined and required, to make dili- gent search and enquiry after, and to use their utmost endeavours to apprehend and secure the said robbers, their aiders, abettors, and comforters, and every of them, so that they may be dealt with according to law.
Given in Council, under the hand of the President and the seal of the State, at Philadelphia, this eleventh day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-five. JOHN DICKINSON.

A letter from Colonel Francis Johnston, inclosing a list of goods necessary to be furnished to the six nations of Indians on the first day of October next, according to treaty, was read, upon which Colonel Johnston was desired to procure the several articles men- tioned in the list aforesaid, as soon as may be.
A letter from the Comptroller General, informing Council that one lot of four hundred acres, one lot of three hundred acres, two lots of two hundred and fifty acres, and twenty-three lots of two hundred acres of land, for persons whose names were omitted in his former report, ought to be surveyed, in addition to those men- tioned in the said report, was read.
Upon which the Surveyor General was instructed to cause sur- veys to be made to the persons intitled as aforesaid, in like manner with those mentioned in the letter from Council of the third day of May last.
