133. Victory, son of Capt. Beach and Charity (Shelton) Tomlinson, m. Eunice Dunbar, of Plymouth, Ct., where he settled. and became wealthy, his estate having been estimated at $150.000. He owned, it is said, in its prosperous days "nearly all the turnpike," from New Haven to Litchfield.


He was Ensign in the Revolution, and became nearly deaf by the explo- sions of cannon shot : and was a pensioner.
