Article 15. AMENDMENT VOTED : That the Town transfer from the Randolph School Committee to the Town of Randolph the care, custody, management and control of a parcel of land on the southerly side of Turn- ers Lane adjacent to the land owned by the First Con- gregational Church, running westerly approximately 167' to land owned by the Town of Randolph and occupied by the Randolph High School, then southerly approxi- mately 159' to land owned by Dr. Wm. Sloane, then east- erly approximately 176' to land owned by Dr. Wm. Sloane then northerly approximately 175' to the point of begin- ning, and it to be developed as a public parking area, and a suitable exit be developed onto Memorial Drive, and the Town transfer a sum of money from the Maturing Debt Account. This in accordance with Chapter 40, Section 15A of the general laws, as petitioned for by Oscar Foote, and others.

Mullaney and others.

To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a six inch water main with necessary fittings and hydrants, on Fitch Terrace, a distance of 500 ft., and transfer $2,250.00 from the maturing debt account, as petitioned for by Joseph L. Adduci and others.
Article 4. VOTED.
Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a 6 inch water main with necessary gates, hydrants and fittings on Canton St. from the end of the existing main to No. 602 Canton Street, a distance of 1,000 ft., and transfer $4,500.00 from the Maturing Debt Account, as petitioned for by the Board of Selecten.
