In accordance with Section 61, Chapter 41 of the General Laws, I herewith submit my annual report of all receipts and disbursements for the year ending December 31, 1957. There is attached a list of monies received from every source of income, a detailed state- ment of all appropriations and balances, and all ex- penditures therefrom; a balance sheet, report of the funded or fixed debt, a table of debt maturities, informa- tion as to borrowing capacity and an account of all trust funds.
