Moderator Carr called meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. Meeting adjourned to 8:15 P.M. Quorum present.
Moderator Carr opened meeting with a short non- sectarian prayer. Call of meeting and return of service were read by Town Clerk Edward T. Clark.
Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to take by eminent domain for school purposes the following described parcels of land on Plan 490 of the Randolph Assessors' Plan:
Parcel 44 containing 1.7 acres more or less ;
Parcel 38 containing 39,433 square feet;
Parcel 39 containing 6,297 square feet;
Parcel 34 containing 34,240 square feet; Parcel 35 containing 10,000 square feet;
Parcel 36 containing 10,000 square feet;
Parcel 37 containing 20,000 square feet;
Parcel 32 containing 40,000 square feet; Parcel 47 containing 20,408 square feet;

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five Hundred seventy-eight thousand ($578,000.00) dollars in accordance with and under the authority of Chapter 273, Acts of the Massa- chusetts Legislature 1955 for sewer construction and all purposes in connection therewith set forth in said chap- ter and that the sum of $8,000.00 be transferred from the Reserve Account and the sum of $570,000.00 be bor- rowed under said Chapter and that the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to issue bonds or notes of the Town so that the bonds or notes will be repaid in not more than twenty years from the date of issue of the first bond or notes, as petitioned for by the Sewer Commissioners.
