Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Laws so that the following described area may be zoned for business: The land on West Street (relo- cated ( bounded and described as follows :
NORTHERLY on relocated West Street one hundred ninety one (191+) feet; WESTERLY by land now or formerly of James W. Connors about two hundred thiry- five feet, to a point in the stone wall which is the South- westerly corner of the plot; SOUTHEASTERLY by a stone wall on land now or formerly of Strickland about three hundred five (305+) feet, as petitioned for by William M. Arnold and others.

Article 2. To see if the town will vote to amend the zoning by-laws to include the following described area in the industrial zone. Three certain parcels of land situated in Randolph, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, shown as Parcels No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 on a certain plan entitled "Plan of land in Randolph, Mass.", owned by : Roger V. Sass, surveyed by : MacCarthy Engineering Serv- ice, Inc., dated March 5, 1958, recorded with Norfolk Deeds. Said parcel No. 1 contains 53,286 square feet, according to said plan. Said parcel No. 2 contains 28.76 acres, according to said plan. Said parcel No. 3 contains 6.65 acres, according to said plan. Reference may be made to said plan for a more particular description of said parcels No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, as petitioned for by Roger V. Sass and others.

QUESTION No. 1
Do you approve of a law summarized below which was disapproved in the House of Representatives by a vote of 73 in the affirmative and 132 in the negative and was approved in the Senate by a vote of 21 in the afirma- tive and 17 in the negative.
Summary-The proposed measure provides that every former public employee, other than a judge, who is pen- sioned or retired for disability, shall report to his retire- ment authority, annually, his earnings from gainful occu- pation during the preceding year; and that, if such earn- ings, plus the pension, exceed the regular compensation of the position formerly held, the pensioner shall refund that portion of his pension equal to such excess or the entire pension if such excess is greater than the pension. A refund, if required, shall not include any part of a pen- sion represented by salary deductions from or special pur- chase by the income received in or prior to 1958.
