To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning By-Laws, changing the following area from residential to industrial; the parcel of land on the easterly side of South Main Street, being that portion of block 78, plan 140, shown on the Assessors maps of the Town of Randolph, lying southerly of the northerly line of the location of the Edison Electric Illuminating Company of Boston right of way, as petitioned for by Rose E. Article 49. Article 50. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $4,500 to pave with bituminous concrete additional areas at the Stetson, Devine, McNeil and Pauline School grounds, as petitioned for by the School Committee and others.
Article 51. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,500 to paint the outside of the Belcher School building, as petitioned for by the Town Manager and others.
Article 52. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,600 to connect the hot water system to the smaller boiler at the Devine School, as petitioned for by the Town Manager and others.

Article 55. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $25,000 to improve accepted streets, as petitioned for by the Town Manager and others.
Article 56. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $35,000 to establish a Reserve Fund in accordance with Chapter 40, Section 6, of the Massachusetts General Laws, said sum to be transferred from the E and D Account, as petitioned for by the Town Manager and others.
Article 57. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $7,000 for a combination dump truck and catch basin cleaner for use by the Public Works Department, Highway Division, as petitioned for by the Town Manager and others.
Article 58. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or borrow under Chapter 44 of the Gen- eral Laws or under authority of any applicable law, the sum of $21,000 for a new fire truck equipped with 1000 gallon pump the old fire truck to be traded in toward the purchase of a new one, as petitioned for by the Fire Dept. and others.

Article 65. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to sell a parcel of Town owned land on Warren Street adjacent to the New York, New Haven railroad property or take any other action thereto, as petitioned for by the Board of Selectmen.

Article 69. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $600 for the services of a qualified Life Guard, to facilitate safe bathing and swim- ming for the residents of Randolph at Ponkapoag Pond, or take any other action in relation thereto, as petitioned for by William E. Hansen and others.
Article 70. To see if the Town will vote to recom- mend that the new grammar school, now being erected on Vesey Road, be named The Elizabeth G. Lyons School, in memory of one of Randolph's great teachers who de- voted a great many years of her life to the education of the children of Randolph, as petitioned for by Joseph J, Hart and others.
Article 71. To see if the Town will vote to have a duly qualified and resident of the Town appointed as a Commissioner of Parks and Playgrounds at an annual salary of $1,000. Said Commissioner's duties to include the maintaining of and improving all present town parks, sport and playground facilities and to offer assistance to all Town non-profit organizations with their sport facility maintenance, development and upkeep. To investigate land sites for the purpose of securing and developing or creating suitable parks, playgrounds or sports facilities. That, in order that these duties may be carried out, a sum of $5,000 be appropriated to accomplish same, as petitioned for by Mitchell J. Goodhue and others.
Article 72. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the purchase and in- stallation of a push button walk light at the entrance of the Little League Field on North Street or take any other action in relation thereto, as petitioned for by the Board of Selectmen.

Article 73. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate from its revenues and pay to Janet Agatha Sullivan, widow of Mark J. Sullivan, a former member of the Police Department of the Town who was severely and permanently injured in the course of his duties on or about August 14, 1948, and who died on May 8, 1957, so long as she remains unmarried, an annuity, not to exceed one thousand two hundred fifty ($1,250) dollars, the same to be paid in equal monthly installments commencing with the first day of the month next following the date of the passage of this article. The fund from which this annuity is to be paid shall be designated as the Mark J. Sullivan Anuuity Fund. The payment of this annuity shall be subject to the approval of the Legislature, as petitioned for by Ralph P. Condlin and others.
Article 74. To see if the Town of Randolph will vote to increase the minimum starting wage for the School Custodians to thirty six hundred dollars ($3,600), as petitioned for by Francis J. Kenney and others.
Article 75. To see if the Town of Randolph will vote to raise and appropriate $1,000 towards the Ran- dolph Center Christmas lighting program for the year 1958, as petitioned for by John J. Hurley and others.
Article 76. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $10,000 to fill, grade and black-top that area East of the high school property and South of the Randolph Central Fire Station; this land is more fully described in Article 15 of the Special Town Meeting of September 16, 1957, at which time it was voted to use this land for a public parking lot, and that Turner Lane be improved at the same time, as petitioned for by Oscar A. Foote and others.
Article 77. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $10,200 for the construction of tennis courts, to provide tennis facilities on the High

School grounds. or to take any other action with reference thereto, as petitioned for by Dorothy W. Becker and others.
Article 78. To see if the Town will vote to zone High Street from Canton Street to Route 128 for non- commercial vehicle use, excepting delivery to residences, as petitioned for by Wendell A. Derry and others.
Article 79. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to install drainage on Canton Street from High Street to Old Street to alleviate a drainage condition existing due to excessive water con- ditions, as petitioned for by Sebastian Russo and others.
Article 80. To see if the Town will vote the follow- ing: "The Board of Selectmen is hereby authorized and directed to grant three five hundred dollar scholarships to be known as the Randolph scholarships, subject to ap- propriation made for such purpose, to worthy students who are residents of the Town, possess the requisite ability and are in need of financial assistance. The scholarships must be to an accredited college or university located within the Commonwealth," and raise and appropriate $1.500 for this purpose, or take any other action in re- lation thereto as petitioned for by the Board of Selectmen.
Article 81. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Manager to set up a schedule of charges to be made for ambulance services, or take any other action in relation thereto, as petitioned for by the Town Manager and others.
Article 82. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money to defray the General Town Ex- penses for the current year, as recommended by the Town Manager, the Selectmen and the Heads of the various departments.
