Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1942 and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 17, General Laws.
Article 6. To determine in what manner the taxes shall be collected for the ensuing year, also determine what percentage shall be allowed the Collector for the ensuing year.

Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to take or purchase certain land owned by Amos C. Kingsbury on North Street, lo- cated between the residence of Dr. Frank H. Clough and Dale Street, approximately 344.96 feet by 10 feet containing approxi- mately 3347 square feet, this taking or purchase is necessary for and incidental to public convenience and safety, or do or act anything in relation thereto.
Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to take or purchase certain land on North Street owned by Amos C. Kingsbury and more specifically set forth in Article 20 and to raise and appropriate the sum of $300 therefor, or do or act anything in relation thereto.
Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to acept the reloca- tion of North Street in accordance with plan of land in Medfield to be used for highway purposes dated January 28, 1942, Charles C. Cain, Engineer and now on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of $380.00 in addition to $175.00 appropriated in 1941 for the purpose of constructing an asphalt sidewalk on the Westerly side of North Street from a point near the residence of Dr. Frank H. Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Assessors to use a sum not to exceed $6.000.00 from free cash in the Treasury for the reduction of the 1942 tax rate.
Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to accept the fol- lowing named sums as Perpetual Trust Funds for the care of lots in the Vine Lake Cemetery, the interest thereof or as may Le necessary to be used for said care, viz :

ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION March 2, 1942
The meeting was opened at 6:00 A. M. and the following persons appointed by the Selectmen were sworn in by the Town Clerk and assigned to duty as follows:
Louise Brennan and Eugene Munson distributing ballots, Laura Atherton, Margaret Kennedy. Alexander MacLean, Ed- ward Sweeney, Susan Kennedy, Alice Spear, Richard Conrick and Edna Huebener as tellers, Anne Young and Abbie Sheahan checking at the Ballot Box and Coleman J. Hogan, Constable at the Ballot Box. The Ballot Box was found to be in good working order and the total vote cast was seven hundred and ten (710). The polls were closed at 2:00 P. M.

Pursuant to the foregoing warrant the meeting was opened at 7:00 A. M. by Frank G. Haley, the presiding officer. The fol- lowing persons appointed as election officers were sworn in by the Town Clerk.
