Class Song
Dear Medfield High we salute you,
And we hate to say good-bye.
We'll shout out loud, so listen everyone;
We're rather proud of the job we've done.
We're all looking on to the future,
And we're aiming for success.
Our goal is nearer, our knowledge is broader,
We say farewell to M. H. S.
Dear Medfield High we salute you, And the mem'ries we hold dear;
The friends we've made, the joys we all have shared.
In work and play fairness was our way.
We'll soon be the Medfield alumni And we'll hold our heads up high.
With full hearts we praise thee, and gladly we raise thee, Our farewell song to Medfield High.
Recessional-"Land of Hope and Glory" Elgar

Died June 20th 1947
To the Honorable Board of Selectmen:
Gentlemen:
Owing to a higher wage scale than was anticipated last season, the Cemetery was neglected at the close of the season. This work will have to be done in the Spring also, the trees along the avenues are in dangerous condition.
We therefore, recommend the sum of $3,800.00 be appro- priated in addition to the amount received from the sale of lots and in addition to the above, a sum of $300.00 for the trimming and pruning of the trees.
Respectfully submitted,
JOSEPH A. ROBERTS
