There are churches of the icading religious denomina- tions, excellent public schools. occu- pying two buildings. 2 banks. 4 ho- tels. 2 cotton gins. 3 grain elevators. bottling works, brick and tile works and a fine system of water works will be completed during the present year. The press is represented by four week- ly newspapers. the Republican. the Heraid. the Dispatch and the Okla- homa Freeman. The principal ship- ments are wheat, cotton, corn, produce and live stock.
