Colonel Siah Robison, into three regiments and one battalion in the following manner, to wit: All that part of the said Lieutenant Colonel Bevier's regiment lying on the east side of the Shawangunk mountain, together with that part of Lieutenant Colonel Robison's regiment which comprehends Captain (Hugo) Skut's (Scutt) com- pany, and (William) Erwin's company, so as to include about twenty. privates thereof, to compose one regiment, the remainder of Lieu- tenant Colonel Robison's regiment to remain a separate regiment. The remainder of Lieutenant Colonel Bevier's regiment on the west side of the said mountain, excepting that part which comprehends the towns of Nevisinck and Lumberland to compose another regi- ment; and the towns of Nevisinck and Lumberland to compose a separate battalion. Resolved, that the following officers be appointed in the regiment on the east side of the said Shawangunk mountain, to wit:
