ONEIDA COUNTY.
His Excellency the Commander-in-chief having thought proper to form a new regiment of the militia of the towns of Turin, Leyden, Martinsburgh, Lowville and Harrisburgh, in the county of Oneida, Walter Martin is appointed lieutenant colonel commandant, John Ives first major, and Luke Winchel second major thereof.
