Robinson lying southeast of the Shawangunk mountains to form the first brigade, and that portion of the militia lying northwest of the said mountains, consisting of Lieutenant Colonel (Moses) Cantine and (Frederick) Westbrook's regiments and Major (Benja- min) Hardenburgh and (Ebenezer) Taylor's battalions to compose the second or new brigade.
For the said second brigade, the following officers are appointed:
