3. To hear the Petition of Sam1 Livermore Defireing Liberty to make Some Small Alteration in the Town way that Runs over his Land Leading to ye Weft Meeting as is Set forth in sd Petition, and the Town to manifest their Minds with relation thereto.

To hear the Petition of Jonathan Sanderfon Zechriah Smith and othrs Inhabitants of the Wefterly Precinct in sd Town Defireing to know ye Mind of ye Town wheather they are Willing they S1d be Set off to be a Townfhip by themfelves at the Precinct Line, And for the Town to take Some proper Methods to bring the Same to Effect.
5. Ordred ye Clerk to give an order to one of ye Conftables to git the old Weights and Meafurers belonging to ye Town which are at M' Jonas Bonds and the New Weights and Meafurers, procured for the Town by M' Joseph Holdin Late Conftable and Convey them forth with to M' Nathanael Harris one of ye Selectmen.
At sd Meeting ye Selectmen Appointed M' James Barnard to be the keeper of the Pound (according to ye Directions of ye Law) for ye prefent year. At a meeting of ye Selectmen of sd Town at ye Houfe of M' George Lawrance to take care of Interment of the Corps of Eph™ Smith, It was Agreed upon at sd Meeting that the sd M' George Lawrance Should take to provide for ye funiral with this Inftruction viz. that he provid three Gallons of Wine & Nine pair of Gloves, and yt he Sld take care of making the Coffin, and that having done so he Sld bring his Bill of Coft to the Selectmen, in order to have his pay from the Town.

2. Put to vote whether it is the mind of ye Town to fix upon the place of Ground betwixt old Deacon Sanderfons & M' Allen Flaggs Near to Hofters Corner to be the place to build A School- houfe on for the Weft Precinct of ye Town. And the Vote paft in the Affirmative.
3. Put to vote whether it is the mind of the Town to Improve the prefent School houfe in the Town, So far as is Servicable in building ye Schoolhoufe yt is to be built for the Eaft Precinct of ye Town & ye Vote paft in ye Affirmative.
4. Put to Vote whether it is the mind of ye Town to Choofe a Committee to build and finifh the Schoolhoufes. And ye Vote paft in the Affirmative.
5. Voted and Choofe M' William Williams M' Antho : Caverley & M' Sam1. Pierce to be a Committee to build and finifh the Schoolhoufes.
6. Voted and Granted the Sum of Sixty Pounds to be Im- proved by Sd Committee to build and finifh the Schoolhoufes.
7. Voted and Impowred the Selectmen to procure a nother Sutable perfon befide the prefent Schoolmafter to keep School in one of ye School houfes when they are built.

Watertown June ye 18th 1733. At a Meeting of ye Selectmen at ye Houfe of Mrs. Mary Learneds in sd Town. It was Agreed upon by the Selectmen that where as Martha Whitney of sd Watertown is Sick and much Indifpofed as to her bodily health ; and She also being poor and Indigent and not able at prefent to procure Sutable and Necefsary Supporte for her Self under her fent Circumftancies. That Mefssrs Thomas Coollidge & Nathanael Harris are defired to take care & procure and provide Sutable Necefsaries for her, and that they prefent an Acct of their Charges, which may Arife upon the sd Affair to the Town in order to be Allowed by sd Town of Watertown.
And that the clerk of ye sd Town be Directed to Enter this Agreement in the Town book of Records.
And that ye sd Town Clerk is ordred forth with to give to the Afsefsors of sd Town a Copy of ye Grant of money made this day for the building of Schoolhoufes in sd Town, that the Same may be Afsefsed.
