Ozarks Feud Ends In Farmer's Death Near Pineville, Mo.

PINEVILLE, Mo., Aug. 23 .- Pote Marshall, 27. McNatt, Mo., shot and killed Francis Cole, 22, living on a farm near Wanda following an ar- gument. Marshall brought the body to Pineville In a buggy following the murder and was placed under arrest.
A coroner's jury probed the kill- Ing yesterday and held Marshall responsible. A murder charge will be filed by the prosecuting attorney of McDonald county. An old feud was blamed for the murder.
