Leiter of Chi- cago whose daughter Mary was Lady Curzon Vicerene of India. Mrs. Saunders' father, the late William S. I Matthews, prominent architect of Oklahoma City, was born in Here- fordshire, England, and was a cousin of Sir Phillip Matthews.
Mrs. Saunders is survived by one daughter. Mrs. W. J. Orr of the home address.
