Prodnee Exchange, Is59, was see. of its Build- ing Com. when its present great building was erected, and later, for several terms. its pres .; was connected with the Arbitration Comm'n and the Benefit Assurance Co. of the exchange, and was one of the organizers of the Produce Exchange Gratuity System, whereby each member pays three dollars into a fund at the death of a fellow-member, and which controls over $1,000,000.
