1789, May 4. On presentment of will for probate it was objected to by sons Samuel and Moses who declared that when their father signed he was old and childish. The Council finally concluded not to approve will sud the widow praying an appeal to Governor, the Council granted uer appeal if she would give bond.

To wife Mary, use of real estate for life and then to such children as shall be born of ber, and if none, then at her decease to my six grandchildren, viz : Moses, son of iny son Samiel, Hannah, daughter of my son Samuel, Joseph, son of roy son Moses, Hannah, daughter of my gon Moses, William Wood, son of my daughter Mary Wood, deceased, and Welthian Webb, now wife of Jeremich Webb, and daughter of my said daughter Mary, deceased. 1687. Dec. 5. He, calling himself ellest son of Jireth Ball, of Kings Town, deceased, male an agreement with his brothers Henry, Ephraim and Ezekiel Bull. He dispose of all his interest in housing and 92 acres in Kings Town, where their father had lived. together with 500 acres westward from aforesaid housing commonly called Jireth Bull's farm, to said three brothers, always provided that I for my heirs enjoy my grandfather Bull's farm after his decerve, adjoining to my farm in Newport, but if in case said Fireth or heirs shall not enjoy said farm nor it should be bequerthe me or my heirs, then (not withstanding a twoall of $1,000 which he binde himself for to his three brothers) he and aforesaid brothers are to equally divide amongst us all the land of our derrised father in Kings Province, Narragansett, but if my grandfather bequesthe bis said farm unto me or my heirs then the above saidl bond to be of full force.
