1643. Jun. 24. Braintree. His son Jobn was born here. 1645. Dec 26. Reboboth. He was granted the house lot, &c .. that was laid out to John Sutton. " formunuch as he hath not come to live among us." 1646, Jan. 7. He bought of Joha Hazeli the house which William Davol now dwelleth in and the lot.
1647. Feb. 0. Certain persons were granted leave to set up a weir upon the cove before William Davol's house, and one upon Pawtucket River : " provided they hinder not either English nor Indians from fishing! at the falls in either place, and they shall sell alewives at 2s. a thousand, and other 6sh at reasonable rates."

He was called Thomas Cook. Jr., to distinguish him from his grandfather Thomas Cook, Sr.

He sold to John Cook, 6 acres for 230, said land being bounded north by land of Thomas Cook, Sr., and he agreed that the land conveyed should be free from any manner of molestation from me or any of the children of my deceased father Thomas Cook. 1696. Monmouth. He and wife Elizabeth were living here at this period.
