Resolved, That Mr. Robert Irwin do pay the Waggoners' Wages which have been employed in this State, a 30s. p day, deducting 10 s. p day if they receive public Feed, or in proportion for so much as they do receive, having a due regard for proper Vouchers of the time they have been in service, and that he discharge none which are fit for service, without orders of Council.
An order was drawn on Mr. Nesbitt for 300 Dollars, in favor of Captain John M'Gowen, for recruiting service for the Pennsylvania Regiment, now commanded by Major Williams, he to be account- able to the Major.
An order was drawn on Mr. Nesbitt for £60, in favor of Lewis Guyon, towards work done for this State, to be charged to his Ac- co't.
Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay Jacob Myers £4 15, for Work and Porterage for this State.

Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay Tho's Waters £30, for 6 Flat loads of Stone, for filling up the Piers at Fort Island.
Resolved, That Wilton Atkinson be appointed Quarter Master to the 12th Pennsylvania Regiment of Foot, Commanded by Col. Wm. Cook.
Resolved, That all Captains or inferior Officers of Militia who produce Accounts to this Board, for expences attending the march of the Militia to this City, shall be qualified to such accounts be- fore they are passed by the Secretary.

Resolved, That the Paymasters to the several Pennsylvania Reg'ts do pay to each of the Officers and Men their respective wages once p month.
Resolved, That all the Officers and men belonging to Miles' and Atlee's Battalions, who are now in this City or the Suburbs, be paraded before the Lodge, on Monday morning next, that their ne- cessities may be enquired into, and Cloathing delivered out to them.
The Senior Officers of that Corps are to see that this resolve be complied with, and that notice be given to the men & other officers in due time. And no party or detachment of the said Corps is to march from this City to Head Quarters or elsewhere, without or- ders from this Council.

An order was drawn on Mr. Nesbitt, £3 10, in favour of Robert King, for a musket sold Lieu't Col. Murray, of Col. Potter's Reg't, for the use of said Reg't, to be charged to Col. Potter.
Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay Mr. Samuel Morris £4 3, for Oatmeal and Barley, purchased by him for the use of the General Hospital at Bristol, to be charged to Congress.
Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay Thomas Fitzgerald £1 16, for Halling Plank for the Floating Battery.
Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay John Storer, Steward, of the Penn'a Hospital, £104 15 0, for nursing Sick soldiers in the Hospital, &ca, to be charged to Congress.
Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay Lieu't James Young £22 0 0, for 5 Stand of arms Left at Fort Washington, to be charged to Congress.
Resolved, That John Hubley, Esq'r, be authorized to employ all the. Shoemakers amongst the Hessian Prisoners at Lancaster, in making of Shoes for this State, for which purpose the sum of two thousand Pounds shall be advanced to him or his order, for the pur- chase of leather and other materials for working upon; and he is to pay them a small allowance for their labour, for which Service Mr. Hubley is to have a reasonable compensation.
